Copyright & DMCA
CornerPatch respects intellectual-property rights and expects users to upload only content they own or are authorized to use.
Reporting copyrighted material
If you believe material hosted on the service infringes your copyright, provide enough information to identify the copyrighted work and the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, a good-faith statement, an accuracy/authority statement, and your physical or electronic signature as required by applicable law.
Until a dedicated copyright email/DMCA agent is configured, use the Contact & Safety page. The operator must publish its designated DMCA agent information here after registration if relying on the DMCA safe-harbor process.
Counter-notices
If your material is removed after a copyright complaint and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, contact us for the counter-notice process. We may forward notices and counter-notices to the affected parties as required by law.
Repeat infringement
Accounts that repeatedly infringe intellectual-property rights may be restricted or terminated in appropriate circumstances.
